These Terms of Use are intended to govern access to and use of the Agency Enabled AI website. Agency Enabled AI is a distinct brand of Always Open Commerce LLC.
Use of the website
Final prohibited-use language and remedies require legal validation against the implemented website.
Website information is not a client engagement
Viewing the website, using the pricing calculator, submitting an inquiry or receiving an estimate does not by itself create a client relationship, consulting engagement, fiduciary relationship, partnership or other professional-services obligation.
A paid Audit, Replatforming Program or other service begins only through the applicable approved engagement, payment and contracting process. This language must be reconciled to the actual implemented process before publication.
Audit & Program estimates
The website calculator is intended to provide a rules-based estimate for standard AEA engagements based on information submitted by the visitor. For standard engagements, the public model uses a $10,000-$50,000 Estimated Total Program Price, with the Audit equal to exactly 10% and the estimated Replatforming balance equal to the remaining 90%.
The estimate is not an irrevocable legal quotation or guaranteed final price. The paid Audit validates actual operating conditions, evidence and scope assumptions before AEA confirms the recommended Replatforming scope and final Program price.
No guaranteed outcomes
Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee of productivity, savings, revenue, ROI, headcount reduction, delivery speed, AI maturity, business performance or any other specific outcome.
AI, automation and technical information
Website content about AI models, agents, integrations, automation, governance, security, workflows or technical architecture is general informational material unless incorporated into an executed client scope.
No legal, regulatory, security or other specialist advice
Website content may discuss governance, permissions, data boundaries, QA and related operating topics, but it is not a substitute for legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, accounting, tax or other specialist professional advice.
Third-party software and services
AEA services may involve or reference third-party software, AI models, APIs, platforms, subscriptions or other services. Unless explicitly stated in an applicable agreement, third-party software, usage charges, licenses, API fees and subscriptions are not included in AEA professional-service estimates.
Intellectual property
Final ownership, permitted-use, trademark, quotation and reproduction terms require rights-holder and legal validation.
Privacy
Use of personal information through the website is subject to the final Agency Enabled AI Privacy Policy. The Terms and Privacy Policy must be reconciled against the same production stack, forms, calculator, analytics, CRM/email routing and entity information before launch.
Disclaimers, liability and disputes
Warranty disclaimers, limitation-of-liability provisions, indemnification, governing law, venue and dispute terms are intentionally not filled with generic boilerplate. They require counsel review against the final site and client-agreement model.
