Get Your Audit & Program Estimate

Answer eight scope questions to see your Estimated Total Program Price, exact Audit Fee and estimated Replatforming balance - or to learn that your engagement needs a phased or custom path.

Supporting note

The standard calculator is designed for bounded Agency Replatforming engagements. The result is a pre-Audit estimate, not a binding final quote.

Who the standard estimate is for

The standard launch model is primarily designed for digital marketing and ecommerce agencies with 10-20 full-time employees.

Agencies with 6-9 employees can also fit when their operating complexity supports the work. Agencies with 21+ employees are generally routed to a phased or custom path instead of receiving a standard calculator price.

Headcount is only one part of the picture. The estimate also reflects how much of the agency is in scope, the workflows you want to change, how interconnected those workflows are, your current AI operating foundation, systems/integration complexity, governance requirements and how far implementation may go beyond AI-assisted work.

What you will be asked

The standard calculator uses eight public selections:

  1. How many full-time employees are in your agency?
  2. How many distinct departments or operating functions are in scope?
  3. How many priority workflows should AEA redesign and implement?
  4. How interconnected are the priority workflows across functions?
  5. How mature is your current AI operating foundation?
  6. How complex is the systems and integration environment?
  7. How complex are data permissions and governance requirements?
  8. How far should implementation go beyond AI-assisted workflows?

The public experience uses your selections to calculate the standard estimate. AEA does not display the internal weights, scoring, interaction logic or per-variable dollar contributions.

What your result will show

If the engagement fits the standard model, the result shows four commercial outputs together.

Estimated Total Program Price

The estimated total investment for the standard Audit + Replatforming Program based on the information submitted.

Audit Fee (10%)

Exactly 10% of the Estimated Total Program Price. The Audit is the paid diagnostic and decision stage and is included within the total Program price if you proceed.

Estimated Replatforming Balance (90%)

The remaining 90% of the estimated total Program investment for implementation after the Audit.

Audit Credit

If you proceed with the Program under the applicable scope, the Audit fee is credited toward the total Program price.

The standard estimate is rounded rather than presented with artificial precision.

Your result is an estimate, not a binding final quote

The calculator works from the information you submit. The paid Audit validates the actual operating conditions, evidence and scope assumptions before AEA confirms the final Replatforming scope and Program price.

Routine discovery inside the scope represented by your submitted answers is part of the Audit process. A change to the standard estimate should be tied to a verified material scope difference, inaccurate material input or an out-of-standard requirement rather than normal detail uncovered during the Audit.

When the standard calculator should not produce a price

Some conditions require a phased or custom path rather than forcing the work into the $10,000-$50,000 standard range.

21+ employees

The standard model ends at 20 employees. Larger agencies are generally routed to phased or custom scoping.

More than six priority workflows

The standard implementation model supports up to six priority workflows. Broader workflow scope is generally phased or custom.

Bespoke software or product development

Custom application development is outside the standard Program calculator and requires separate scoping, a partner path or another approved approach.

Major data migration or data engineering

Large migrations, data warehousing or material data-remediation work is outside standard scope and should be separately scoped.

Specialist regulated compliance

Normal agency and client confidentiality considerations can be part of standard operating design. Specialist legal or regulated-compliance scope requires specialist review and custom scoping.

Non-standard or unstable API engineering

Supported platform and API work may fit the standard model, but bespoke or unstable integrations can require technical review before the engagement is classified.

If one of these conditions applies, the standard calculator should not manufacture a price. The engagement should be routed toward the appropriate phased or custom next step.

What is not included in the standard professional-service estimate

Third-party software, model usage, licenses, API fees and subscriptions are not included in AEA professional-service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Optimization after Replatforming is also outside the current standard public pricing model and is scoped separately when ongoing support is appropriate.

The website estimate does not establish payment cadence, deposit requirements, cancellation or refund terms, discounts, change-order mechanics or other contracting terms that have not been separately approved.

What happens after you receive a standard estimate

The result is designed to give you enough information to decide whether the paid Audit makes sense before committing time to a traditional sales process.

If you choose to proceed, the Audit is the next step. AEA assesses the current operating model, validates the relevant conditions, identifies priorities and risks, develops the Replatforming roadmap, confirms the implementation scope and confirms the final Program price.

Every paid Audit includes one executive readout and Q&A decision session. If you continue into Replatforming under the applicable scope, the Audit fee is credited toward the total Program price.

If you do not proceed beyond the Audit, the Audit remains a paid standalone deliverable and its fee is retained.

Your information and privacy

The estimate should collect only the information needed to calculate or route the engagement, support qualification and communicate the relevant next step.

Do not submit confidential client data, passwords, credentials or other sensitive information through the estimate unless the final implemented experience explicitly provides an approved secure method for doing so.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a sales call to see standard pricing?

No. The standard launch path is designed to show the Program estimate and Audit fee from the website inputs before a traditional sales conversation.

Is the 10% Audit fee added on top of the estimate?

No. The Audit is exactly 10% of the Estimated Total Program Price. If you proceed under the applicable scope, it is credited within the total Program investment.

Does completing the calculator commit me to buy the Audit?

No. The estimate is intended to help you understand the likely commercial range and standard-fit status before deciding whether to proceed. Any actual purchase, agreement or payment step must follow the implemented commercial and legal process.

Why might I receive a custom or phased result instead of a price?

The standard calculator is deliberately bounded. Larger agencies, broader workflow scope, bespoke development, major data work, specialist compliance needs or other material out-of-standard conditions require a more responsible scope review rather than false precision.

Can the final Program price differ from the calculator estimate?

Yes, when the Audit verifies a material scope difference, inaccurate material input or a custom/out-of-standard requirement. The calculator is a pre-Audit estimate, not an irrevocable quotation.
