Pricing
Standard AEA Programs range from $10,000 to $50,000 in total Program investment for engagements that fit the standardized launch model.
The Program is priced as one Audit + Replatforming commercial architecture. The Audit is exactly 10% of the estimated total Program price. The estimated Replatforming balance is the remaining 90%.
If you proceed with the Program under the applicable scope, the Audit fee is credited toward the total Program price. The Audit is therefore part of the Program investment when you continue, not an additional fee layered on top of it.

AEA is designed to make standard pricing visible before you have to spend time in a free discovery-call process.
Qualified agencies complete the website's qualification and pricing inputs. The calculator returns an Estimated Total Program Price, the exact 10% Audit Fee, the estimated 90% Replatforming balance, and the Audit credit that applies if you proceed.
That gives you a commercial frame before deciding whether the paid Audit makes sense for your agency.
Get Your Audit & Program EstimateAEA does not price standard Programs from headcount alone and does not charge more simply because an agency is larger.
The estimate reflects the scope and operating complexity implied by the information you provide. Relevant factors can include the breadth of teams or functions involved, the number and complexity of priority workflows, how much work crosses functions, the current state of AI adoption and operating maturity, systems and integration complexity, data and governance requirements, and the depth of automation or agentic work that may be involved.
Those inputs work together. A smaller agency with fragmented knowledge, complicated workflows and significant integration or governance requirements may require more work than a somewhat larger agency with a clean operating foundation.
The public result shows the Program estimate and 10/90 split. It does not expose AEA's internal weighting, interaction logic or line-item pricing mechanics.
The calculator uses prospect-supplied information to produce a pre-Audit estimate for standard scope.
The paid Audit then validates the actual operating conditions, evidence and scope assumptions. That is when AEA confirms the recommended Replatforming scope and final Program price.
If the agency turns out to be materially different from the submitted inputs, the final scope and price may need to reflect the validated conditions. The website estimate should not be treated as a binding final quote before the Audit.
See How the Audit WorksThe Audit is the paid diagnostic and decision stage that comes before Replatforming.
It validates the current operating model, identifies material gaps and risks, maps priorities, defines the recommended Replatforming roadmap, establishes the implementation scope supported by the evidence, and confirms the final Program price. Every paid Audit also includes one executive readout and Q&A decision session.
The Audit does not include the Replatforming implementation itself. If you proceed, its fee is credited against the total Program price under the applicable scope.
The estimated Replatforming balance represents the implementation portion of the Program.
The exact work is configured from the Audit rather than sold as a fixed eight-module bundle. Depending on the evidence, Replatforming can address knowledge foundations, AI context, workflows, systems and automation, governance and permissions, QA and human control, training and adoption, measurement and operating control, or a combination of those areas.
Strong existing foundations can be retained. The Program does not need to rebuild or replace something merely because it already exists.
See What We BuildThe standard launch pricing model applies through 20 employees when the engagement fits the approved standardized scope model.
AEA is primarily focused on 10-20 employee digital marketing and ecommerce agencies. Agencies with 6-9 employees can enter the standard path when fit and operating complexity support it.
Agencies with 21+ employees are generally routed to a phased or custom engagement. The same is true when the submitted conditions create material technical uncertainty, unusual security or data requirements, or scope that falls outside the standardized model.
In those cases, AEA does not force the work into the $10,000-$50,000 calculator range simply to manufacture a precise number.
Optimization pricing is not currently standardized for public use. Optional post-implementation work around measurement, maintenance, governance, adoption and continuous improvement will be scoped separately when appropriate.
Third-party software, model usage, licenses, API fees and subscriptions are not included in AEA professional-service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The current public model also does not define payment cadence, deposits, cancellation or refund terms, discounts, client-specific exceptions, change-order mechanics or other contracting terms. Those items are handled through the applicable commercial and agreement process rather than invented on the website.
AEA's internal hourly rates are not the primary public pricing model for standard Programs.
No. If you proceed with the Program under the applicable scope, the Audit fee is credited toward the total Program price. The standard model is 10% Audit + 90% estimated Replatforming balance = 100% of the total Program price.
The Audit remains a paid standalone deliverable. You receive the Audit work and executive readout; the Audit fee is retained if you do not proceed into Replatforming.
AEA Programs are configured around the agency's operating scope and complexity. The standard rules-based calculator uses multiple inputs rather than assuming every 10-20 person agency has the same workflows, systems, governance, AI maturity or implementation requirements.
Yes. The website result is a pre-Audit estimate based on submitted inputs. The Audit validates the actual operating conditions and confirms the final Replatforming scope and Program price.
The standard launch path is designed around asynchronous qualification and transparent pricing before a traditional sales conversation. Live sales involvement is reserved for qualified prospects, custom-scope cases or other approved exceptions.
Optimization pricing is deferred. It is not included in the current standardized public Program model and will be scoped separately where ongoing support is appropriate.
